Datum Fitness
Datum is a native iOS workout tracker built for people who want their training data taken seriously.
Build a plan, or let Datum build one for you with the auto plan builder. Log a workout without losing your rhythm: warm-up sets, drop sets, supersets, and a built-in plate calculator, all handled inline as you go. Track cardio and classes alongside your lifts, not as an afterthought bolted on.
Every workout feeds your reports, so your progress is visible over time, not buried in a list of past sessions. A built-in glossary and training-approach explainer cover the terminology and methods as you use them, so you’re not guessing what a superset or a training approach actually means mid-workout.
Training with a partner or a client? Share a plan or template directly with another Datum user, so you’re not screenshotting a spreadsheet back and forth.
Your data stays yours. Workouts are stored on your iPhone. iCloud sync is optional and off by default, and when it’s on, it goes to your own private iCloud account, not a company server. There’s no sign-up, no login, and no third-party analytics or tracking inside the app itself. With your permission, Datum reads from and writes to Apple Health, so your workouts, energy, heart rate, and body composition stay in sync both ways. When you want your data out, export it as JSON, no lock-in.
Datum works offline too. Your plans, workouts, and history are stored locally, so logging a set doesn’t need a signal. Only Health sync, iCloud sync, and sharing a plan need a connection.
